small bathroom poor cleaning

The bathroom was shockingly small. i am not a large person, but i could barely turn around in the shower. It was like showering in an airplane lavatory. also, the cleaning was not good at all. I found dust and grime in corners, definitely below standard. it was very frustrating.

charmed by a perfect hotel stay

excellent location friendly staff

the hotel location is excellent. it is close to tivoli gardens. the room was very clean and quite large. the staff was friendly and helpful at all times.

the furniture in my room seemed a bit outdated. i noticed some scratches on it. the remote control was dusty, which wasn't very pleasant.

the staff were consistently professional and attentive. they were genuinely helpful throughout my stay, addressing my needs promptly. the concierge recommended a fantastic danish restaurant near the hotel.

my room included a nespresso coffee maker, which i used daily. the hotel is conveniently located near the central train station and a metro stop. this provided easy access to various parts of the city.
